Celebrate PRIDE month in the woods in one of our biggest events of the Summer Season! With Special Guest performers joining the cast of WO Live!, DJ’s poolside and afterparties long in to the night, it’s a weekend full of PRIDE Fun! Reserve now because accommodations go quickly!

Welcome Home to Whispering Oaks!  Our 21 and over men only retreat is open 365 days a year.  Enjoy our heated pool, hot tub, sauna, volleyball court, courtyard games. hiking trails, heated showers, and our indoor play area appropriately named, the Woodshed.  During event weekends, all meals are included and served in the dining hall and the schedule offers a variety of entertainments including themed parties, dance nights, cocktails, games and shows featuring the cast of Whispering Oaks LIVE!  Here is what’s lined up for this weekend!

Friday- 6/14 

5:30PM – WELCOME HOME COCKTAILS – Get checked in, settled and start the weekend in the courtyard at our Friday night cocktail hour

7:00PM – WELCOME HOME POTLUCK – Bring a dish to share and join us in the dining hall for a social hour and some good food!

8:30PM – WO Live!  – Kick off the weekend with the cast of WO Live! and special guest Justine Case for a special Friday night show!

10:00PM – PRIDE GEAR PARTY IN THE COURTYARD! – After the show, wear your favorite pride gear, grab a cocktail at the outdoor bar, hang out and dance with our DJ or play some yard games!

MIDNIGHT – WO AFTER DARK – Take a dip in the pool, hang at the fire, relax in the hot tub, or head to the Woodshed for some steamy fun.  The night is yours!

Saturday – 6/15

8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST – served in the Dining Hall

10:00AM-12:00PM – INTO THE WOODS –The trail map has been updated for 2024 so scan the QR code at the office and hit one of our many hiking trails to enjoy the mountain air and the start of Summer.

12:00PM – LUNCH – Turkey and Swiss or Ham and Cheddars wraps, pasta salad, chips & cookies.

12:00PM-2:00PM– FUN IN THE SUN POOL TIME- Watch your tan lines disappear in our swimsuit optional pool with your favorite Pride tunes throughout the years!

3:00PM -AFTERNOON TRIVIA – Test your general trivia knowledge poolside at this special edition of a WO favorite.

4:30PM – JUST FOR TODAY/FRIENDS OF BILL MEET UP- WO’s onsite open meeting for those in Recovery.  Take a break from the day and head to the porch at Site21 for some coffee and conversation. Open to all

5:00PM – Pride Golf Cart Parade

6:30PM – DINNER – Ben’s chicken Spaghetti, fresh garden salad, dinner rolls, dessert.

8:00PM – COURTYARD PRIDE CRAWL! – Head into the evening starting in the courtyard for a shot or 2 as our guests and residents host our Preshow Cocktails with stations set up at and around the outdoor bar!  To host a shot, please see Ben or Tracy!

8:30PM – WHISPERING OAKS LIVE! PRIDE BLOWOUT – Join the cast of Whispering Oaks Live! and special guest, Justine Case for a show you will never forget!!!!

10:00PM – JOCKS IN FOAM FINALE! – After the show, dance and frolic at the Foam Pavilion as we wrap up our Pride Celebration for 2024!

8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST – served in the Dining Hall

11:00AM – CHECK OUT – RRR Day! Enjoy all of our facilities as long as you like!  Recuperate, Reset, and plan your Return!  We can’t wait to see you again!
