Bust out the neon, flannel, and low-rise jeans—it’s time to party through three iconic decades! From big hair and synth beats to grunge, pop anthems, and Y2K club vibes, this weekend is all about nostalgia, dancing, and unforgettable fun. Dress up as your favorite era, sing along to the hits you still know by heart, and relive the styles, sounds, and sass of the 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s. One weekend. Three decades. Endless memories.

Welcome Home to Whispering Oaks!  Our 21 and over men only retreat is open 365 days a year.  Enjoy our heated pool (when open during Summer), hot tub, sauna, volleyball court, courtyard games. hiking trails, heated showers, and our indoor play area appropriately named, the Woodshed.  During event weekends, all meals are included and served in the dining hall and the schedule offers a variety of entertainments including themed parties, dance nights, cocktails, games and shows featuring the cast of Whispering Oaks LIVE!  Here is what’s lined up for this weekend!

Friday- 6/05

8:30AM – BREAKFAST

12:00PM – LUNCH
1:15PM – BRIDGE 101 – Meet in the back of the dining hall

3:00PM – CARDS FOR HUMANITY – Meet in the back of the dining hall.

4:00PM – MASSAGE EXCHANGE

5:00PM – SOCIAL HOUR AT OUTDOOR BAR – The theme is Black and Gold

7:00PM – POTLUCK – Bring a dish to share and join us in the dining hall for a social hour and some good food!

8:00PM – VIDEOS IN THE EVENT HALL

8:30PM – MISS CMEN QUEEN – YOU ARE INVITED to participate in this pageant!! Let us know by 7PM.

9:45PM – FIRESIDE FRIDAYS – Bask in the glow of the campfire and get to know your fellow campers.  BYOB or bring a bottle to pass.

9:45PM – ICE CREAM SOCIAL – In the dining hall.

10:00PM – WO AFTER DARK – The heat is on so head to the woodshed for steamy fun, relax in the hot tub or join the conversation around the fire.

 

Saturday – 6/06

8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST – served in the Dining Hall

10:30AM – INTO THE WOODS –The trail map has been updated so scan the QR code at the office and hit one of our many hiking trails to enjoy the mountain air and the start of Summer.

12:00PM – LUNCH – Hamburger/Hot Dog Cookout

1:00PM-4:00PM– 80’, 90’S, 00’S POOL PARTY – The pool is open, and summer is off and running!  Join us for music, games, and fun at our pool opening celebration.

1:15 PM – BRIDGE 101 – meet in the dining hall at the back table to learn the grandaddy of all card games.

3:30 PM – CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT – Hosted by Jolene. Arrive at the Cornhole court by 4:05 sharp if you want to play!!

4:00PM – MASSAGE EXCHANGE

5:00PM – SOCIAL HOUR AT OUTDOOR BAR

6:30PM – DINNER – BBQ, slaw, beans, mac and cheese, dessert.

8:30PM – WHISPERING OAKS LIVE! – in the main event hall.

10:00PM – ICE CREAM SOCIAL – In the dining hall.

10:00PM – 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s, DANCE PARTY – Wear your favorite gear, underwear, or nothing at all to the Dance Party in the event hall hosted by Pup Icarus!

10:00PM – WO AFTER DARK – The heat is on so head to the woodshed for steamy fun, relax in the hot tub or join the conversation around the fire. The evening is yours!

10:00PM – 12:00AM – RED ROOSTER CAFÉ OPEN – Red Rooster Café open for late night snacks

8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST served in the Dining Hall
11:00AM CHECK OUT – Whispering Oaks Guests please check out of your room but stay and enjoy all our facilities.
11:00AM TO 6:00PM – RRR Day! Enjoy all of our facilities as long as you like!  Recuperate, Reset, and plan your Return!  We can’t wait to see you again!

NOTE: MEALS START ON TIME!  Listen for the dinner bell to ring. If you arrive late, people are already getting seconds, and your choices may be limited.
