Reservation Cancellation Policy
Things Happen
Here is our friendly cancellation policy for your review and options.
Cancel 30 days or more before your reservation – you are eligible for a full refund, less a $75 fee OR receive a full credit towards your next stay.
Cancel within 30 days of your reservation, at least 7 days prior to arrival – No refunds will be provided, but you may receive a credit to your account, less a $35 cancellation fee.
Cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refunds or credits will be provided and reservation will be forfeited.
Day Pass Cancellations – Prepaid day passes that are cancelled may receive a credit. No monetary refunds will be issued. Credit can be applied to a future day pass, reservation, or membership renewal.
