Discounted Rates for those taking part in Work & Play and if you think you have a prize-winning recipe, be a part of our Saturday night Casserole Cooking Competition! Welcome Home to Whispering Oaks! Our 21 and over men only retreat is open 365 days a year. Enjoy our heated pool, hot tub, sauna, volleyball court, courtyard games. hiking trails, heated showers, and our indoor play area appropriately named, the Woodshed. During our event weekends, all meals are included and served in the dining hall and the schedule offers a variety of entertainments including themed parties, dance nights, cocktails, games, and shows featuring the cast of Whispering Oaks LIVE! Here is what’s lined up for this weekend!

Friday – 05/16
7:00PM – WELCOME HOME Potluck – Bring a dish to share and join us in the dining hall for a social hour and some good food!
9:00PM – FIRESIDE FRIDAYS – Bask in the glow of the campfire and get to know your fellow campers. BYOB or bring a bottle to pass.
10:00PM – WO AFTER DARK – The heat is on so head to the woodshed for steamy fun, relax in the hot tub or join the conversation around the fire.
Saturday – 05/17
8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST served in the Event Hall
10:00AM to 12:00PM – VOLUNTEERS R US – Join one of the volunteer teams to help us prepare the campground for the upcoming season. Just a few volunteer hours of your time in exchange for the discounted weekend rate.
12:00PM LUNCH – Turkey with Swiss or Ham with Cheddar sandwiches, coleslaw, chips, cookies
12:00PM to 4:00PM – VOLUNTEERS R US – Join one of the volunteer teams to help us prepare the campground for the upcoming season. Just a few volunteer hours of your time in exchange for the discounted weekend rate.
6:30PM – Casserole Cooking Competition! – Pull out your favorite Casserole dish and recipe and join the battle for the coveted WO Wooden Spoon award for the 2025 Best Casserole Recipe! Votes will be cast during dinner and the winner receives the Golden Spoon!
8:00PM – WO AFTER DARK – The heat is on so head to the woodshed for steamy fun, relax in the hot tub or join the conversation around the fire.
Sunday – 05/18
8:00AM to 10:00AM – CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST served in the Dining Hall
11:00AM – CHECK OUT – Drop your room key in the drop box by the office door
11AM TO 6PM – RRR Day! – Enjoy all our facilities all day! Recuperate, Reset, and plan your Return! We can’t wait to see you again!
NOTE: MEALS START ON TIME! Listen for the dinner bell to ring. If you arrive late, people are already getting seconds and your choices may be limited.
